The undersigned entity herby applies for an Official Quarter Midget Sanction Agreement for 2024 NASCAR YOUTH SERIES activities. This Sanction Agreement establishes an official relationship between USAC and the sanctioned entity once final and approved by the United States Auto Club as an officially sanctioned USAC event.
